  • First visit within five working days: we respond to enquiries within the same working day. Between signing the contract and the first cleaning visit, we install the dosing station and register the access fobs to the cleaner. Eighteen new contracts began this way in 2025.
  • Free on-site measurement: a supervisor visits within two working days, measures the premises and provides a quote on the day of inspection. We do not charge for the inspection or quote. Supervisors completed 538 inspections in 2025.
  • Missed work deducted: if a visit does not include work listed on the supervisor’s checklist, its price is deducted from that month’s bill. Of 15,903 evening visits in 2025, 21 were deducted.
  • No subscription fee: invoices are monthly and payable by bank transfer. Contracts have one month’s notice, no subscription fee and no minimum term. At the end of 2025, 37 clients had contracts signed before 2016.

We ordered a deep cleaning of the office reception area and corridor floors, as a dull, grayish film had accumulated on the vinyl floor for three years, which was no longer removed by daily cleaning. The team brought their own machines and already explained during the inspection whether a machine wash is enough or a full waxing is required. The work was done on a Friday night, so by Monday morning the floor was dry and ready for use without disrupting the working day. The result was surprisingly good, the corridor looked like it was newly built. the site supervisor went over the result with us and left a written summary of the tools used. I recommend it when the office floor starts to fade and the usual cleaning no longer gives results.
