Kontorikoristus 24 is the controller of personal data received through this website and its enquiry form. Send data protection questions, requests or complaints to info@kontorikoristus24.ee.

Information collected through the form

When you request a quote, Kontorikoristus 24 receives four fields: contact name and company, phone number, email address and a description of the premises. We also receive the service selected at the start of the form and the page from which it was sent. A name and either a phone number or an email address are required.

Responding, inspecting and quoting

The site supervisor uses these details to respond to your enquiry, arrange an inspection and send a quote. We do not send marketing emails based on enquiry details.

Legal basis before a contract

We process this data under Article 6(1)(b) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679), because the inspection and quote are pre-contractual steps requested by the person sending the enquiry.

Who receives the enquiry

The cleaning provider receives the enquiry to inspect the premises, prepare a quote and, if a contract is signed, carry out the work.

Technical service providers process the enquiry when receiving and storing form data, delivering email and hosting the website. They process the data only to provide their services and under Kontorikoristus 24’s instructions.

When you press Send, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the enquiry is submitted by a person rather than a bot. Turnstile does not receive the text of the enquiry.

Protecting data in transit

The website sends form data over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Only the recipients of the enquiry can see it.

Retention period: 24 months

Each enquiry is deleted 24 months after it is received.

Emails sent to any kontorikoristus24.ee address are covered by this policy in the same way as form enquiries and are also retained for 24 months.

Cookies and tracking

Kontorikoristus24.ee pages have no advertising cookies or advertising tracking code.

Your data protection rights

• On written request, you can receive a copy of all the information held from your enquiry and have incorrect details corrected in the same correspondence.
• An enquiry subject to a deletion request is deleted before the 24-month period ends. If you object, your data is not processed further.
• On request for data portability, Kontorikoristus 24 sends the form data in a machine-readable file for use when contacting another cleaning company.

Send requests to info@kontorikoristus24.ee, stating the date of your enquiry and the phone number or email address used on the form. Kontorikoristus 24 responds within one month.

Complaints to the Data Protection Inspectorate

You can complain about Kontorikoristus 24’s data processing to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
