Evening cleaner for the Tallinn crew

Three sites each evening

An evening cleaner with Kontorikoristus 24 cleans offices, commercial building common areas, office kitchens and toilets Monday to Friday from 18:00 to 22:00. A city crew visits three sites each evening. In 2025, we made 15,903 evening visits, an average of 63 per working evening. Cleaners collect access fobs from the site supervisor at the Ülemiste depot at 17:00, where each fob is logged to its user. They mix cleaning solution using the dosing station fitted to the tap at each site, follow the checklist and notify the security company before entering and when leaving.

Language, hours and checklist

Applicants must speak Estonian or Russian, arrive at the Ülemiste depot at 17:00 each working evening and complete every item on the checklist.

Evening hours and hourly pay

The cleaner has an employment contract and earns €8 gross per hour. The schedule is fixed, Monday to Friday, and the crew travels to sites by van from the Ülemiste depot. Kontorikoristus 24 supplies workwear, gloves and protective equipment and pays the €148 fee for the Level 3 cleaning professional qualification exam.

Floor Care Operator

Scrubber-dryer, single-disc machine and carpets

The floor care operator cleans floors in offices, lobbies and the office areas of warehouses with a scrubber-dryer, polishes stone floors with a single-disc machine and 400, 800 and 1500 grit diamond pads, and applies three coats of wax to vinyl floors. Carpets are cleaned by encapsulation or extraction. Work takes place from 18:00 to 22:00 and, for larger sites, on Saturdays. In 2025, we completed 183 floor care jobs, including 81 machine cleans and 28 stone floor jobs.

Driving licence and machine experience

Applicants need a category B driving licence, must speak Estonian or Russian, and must have used a scrubber-dryer or single-disc floor machine before.

Company equipment and hourly pay

The operator has an employment contract at €9 gross per hour. Kontorikoristus 24 pays the €148 fee for the Level 3 cleaning professional exam with a specialisation in specialist cleaning. The company provides scrubber-dryers, the single-disc machine, pads, cleaning products, hearing protection, gloves and workwear.
